M’s Birthday Present, Part 2
Part 2 in the series of M’s fancy new Digital SLR.
M’s Birthday Present, Part 1
Last weekend finally saw the arrival of M’s birthday present. It has been a long time coming, and huge thanks go out to everyone who pitched in toward the gift, as well as those who wanted to, but my donation system failed (I didn’t feel like letting gift money between friends get shaved off by PayPal.)
So click on to see what greatness has arrived.
Weekend Treat
I promised you all a treat. Here you go!
Kids Fix
From April 24th.
Guess who got a few new bracelets when she went to the mall with Mommy.
Just a few.
From April 25th.
She had to play with them again the next morning, too. And pose for the camera.
Baseball Kid Fix
Baseball!
From April 18th. M and I took Austin to a baseball game on Sunday. We were pretty stoked to see the Twins play in their new ballpark.
There was sky and grass and everything!
M needed a picture of the two of us.
This is what Austin looked like for the first two innings, because our seats came with a free hot dog and lemonade.
End of Week Kids Fix
Sorry, still fighting whatever demons keep me from updating regularly. Here are a whole ton of pictures from Grandma’s visit over Spring Break.
From April 1st. Dinner time with grilled burgers and chips & salsa. The girl likes salsa, apparently.
Good lookin’ kid, I’d say.
Really, REALLY like salsa.
Gram and Emily playing with pictures.
Even More Birthday Kid
More Birthday Kid Fix
Time for some bowling! The birthday girl loved this.
All on her own. (And I can’t believe she’s big enough for her own set of bowling shoes…)
Coming up to the ramp. This thing is a great idea for the wee ones.
Loading up the ball.
Birthday Kid Fix
Well, our little Princess turned 2 today. She’s up and toddling around and usually chattering away (or reprimanding me and her brother about how we play with her toys). From March 17th, sporting the pigtails, getting ready for school.
You’re really going to take a picture of me, Dad?
Hang on, let me at least put on the right face.
Beautiful smile and showing off her now-traditional, brand new St Patrick’s Day birthday shirt.
Midweek Kids Fix
So I got to borrow a toy from work. It’s a somewhat steep learning curve, but still, I think it’s worth trying to get some cleaner shots of my kiddos.
From March 5th.
Have to play with the zoom on the eyes.
Mr Cool.
